Mercedes"Babe" H. Everett, 89, died Saturday, February 2, 2002. She is survived by her son, DanielMichael Jackson and partner, Rick Klotz, of San Francisco, CA; granddaughter, Jennifer Jackson of Point Roberts, WA; and brother, John A. Hughes of Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Lynn Jackson and two sons; Carl Jackson and George Jackson, as well as her second husband, Thomas Everett. She was an active member of Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. She will be truly missed by a loving family all over the world and by friends both in Las Vegas, NM and Albuquerque where she lived for many years. Rosary will be recited Monday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas NE, with Father Michael Cimino, Celebrant. Interment will take place Wednesday at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Las Vegas. NM. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Monday, from 6:00 p.m. to time of rosary.
