Obituary for Esquibel

Alice M. Esquibel, 75, a resident of Albuquerque since 1964, died on February 14, 2002. She is survived by her husband, Juan Esquibel of the family home; a son, Lawrence Esquibel and wife, Diane of Denver, CO; three grandchildren, Leah Becker and Travis and Alexandra Esquibel; a brother, Arturo Maestas and wife, Mary of Albuquerque, 1 sister, Josephine Maestas of Las Vegas, NM; nephew, Ernesto Maestas and niece, Evangeline Bustamante. Alice worked for 11 years as a Nutrition Assistant with the New Mexico State University. Rosary will be recited on Monday, February 18, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW (3 blocks North of Paseo del Norte.) Mass of Christian burial will take place on Tuesday, February 19, 2002 at 9:00 a.m at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph Dr. NW. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Travis Esquibel, Ernesto Maestas, Daryl Carmer, Arturo Maestas, Carlos Bustamante and Max Esquibel. French Mortuary Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW. Friends may visit French Mortuary on Monday from 6:00 p.m. until time of Rosary.
