James Leo Mock, 73, was born October 30, 1928 in Pawhuska, OK by parents, Leo Mock, and Ruth Ellitt. Our Grandpa was a great fisherman who always tried to catch the big one. He was a decorated soldier who fought in WWII and received the WWII Victory Metal. He also retired from the Denver Mint in 1990 after 25 years of service. He passed in Belen, NM, February 19, 2002 at 7:03 a.m. He is survived by wife, Terresa Mock and former wife, Mary Lou Mock; and seven children, sons, Jimmy Mock, wife, Jennie, Micheal Mock, wife, Norma; daughters, Priscilla Madrid, Carolyn Mock and friend, Danny Torres, Carmen Jiron, husband, Joe, Donna Mata, husband, John, Kathy Esquibel, husband, Moses; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one deceased, Kyle Madrid; also four stepchildren. Viewing will be Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Service 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Riverside Mortuary, Belen, NM. Burial at 1:00 p.m. on February 25, 2002 at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM
