John D. Kemp, 53, passed away February 20, 2002. He was a helicopter pilot in Vietnam and later worked for the US Postal Service. He was a resident of Placitas. He will be remembered as a true friend and gentle soul. He is survived by his mother, Louise Kemp of Albuquerque; sons, William Kemp of Hobbs, Michael Kemp of Socorro; brother, Stephen Kemp and family of Louisiana, and many other friends and relatives.
