Obituary for Mcintyre

Richard Thomas "Rick" McIntyre, Sr. 57, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away on March 3, 2002. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Eloise McIntyre of the family home; children, Tony McIntyre and wife, Michelle of St. Louis, MO, Mary Angelina Rodriguez of Tucumcari, NM, Brenda Ann Delano and Sherry Lynn Berg both of St. Louis, MO, Richard Thomas (Ricky) McIntyre II of Albuquerque; 11 grandchildren; three children who were raised by Richard and Eloise, grandson, Gilbert M. Marquez, niece, Carmelita Eloisa Salas and husband, Gilbert, and nephew, Anthony Andrew Groomas; brothers, Gary McIntyre and wife, Jane, Michael McIntyre and wife, Linda, Timothy McIntyre and wife, Sandy, Dennis McIntyre and wife, Ginger, Shawn McIntyre, Avery McIntyre and wife, Mary; and sister, Maureen McIntyre. He is also survived by his parents, B.A. and Alice McIntyre; and numerous nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by a brother, Brian McIntyre. He was a member of the Union 412 Plumbers and Pipefitters. Rick was employed by Kinetics as a Journeyman and worked at Intel for two years. He continually pursued education in several different trades and received numerous certificates. Rosary will be recited on Friday, March 8, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary Westside Chapel, 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW (3 blocks North of Paseo Del Norte.) Memorial Mass will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper N.W. with Father McGowan, Celebrant.
