Juliette "Julie" A. Bandy, 76, a resident of Albuquerque for four years and a former resident of Santa Fe for 50 years, died Sunday, March 3, 2002. She is survived by her sons, Charles Ray Bandy and Lee Bandy; daughter, Nancy J. Warden and husband, Jerry; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Bandy in 1963. Mrs. Bandy came to the United States from Belgium in 1946. She worked for the La Fonda Hotel in Santa Fe for over 30 years; in the early years as a Harvey Girl. Mrs. Bandy was also a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who never let you leave hungry. Memorial Services will be held Thursday, March 7, 2002, at 10:30 a.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, with Kevin Owen officiating. Interment of cremains will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
