Anne C. Rueckhaus, 89, an Albuquerque resident since 1938, died Sunday, March 10, 2002. She is survived by her son, Michael Rueckhaus and wife, Joan of Albuquerque; and grandchildren, Paul A. of Albuquerque, Jeffrey R. of Seattle, WA and Stephen L. of Oakview, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin D. Rueckhaus in 1995 and son, Randall Rueckhaus in 1993. Mrs. Rueckhaus was an active member of the Jewish Community in Albuquerque and was past President of the Sisterhood of B'Nai Israel. She contributed the Mel and Anne Rueckhaus Deli at the Jewish Community Center. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2002, 11:00 a.m., at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale SE, with Cantor Michael Zubin officiating.
