Mrs. Josefita B. Narvaiz died Thursday, March 07, 2002 in Albuquerque at the age of 89. Mrs. Narvaiz is survived by her children, John E. Narvaiz and wife, Myrna of Las Vegas, NV, Sister Shirley Narvaiz of Merced, CA, and Dr. Robert Narvaiz of Tempe, AZ; brothers, Mike C de Baca and Geraldo C de Baca, both of Albuquerque; sister, Lala Jones of California; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Narvaiz will be held on Thursday at St. Therese Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. A Rosary for Mrs. Narvaiz will be recited on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Therese Church. Arrangements by Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.
