James "Jim" Sparks, 65, a resident of Albuquerque for 22 years, died Thursday, March 29, 2002. Jim is survived by his wife of 45 years, Carol Sparks; son, David Sparks; daughter, Debra Lynn Sparks; and mother-in-law, Barbara Howe. Jim retired from Sandia National Labs.
