Obituary for Delgado

A. Paul Delgado, 76, a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2002. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lucille; two sons, Paul Delgado and his wife, Deborah and Tim Delgado and his wife, Denise; two daughters, Cynthia Bauer and her husband, Dennis and Marcia Delgado; grandchildren, Lisa Delgado, Kristy Torrez, Michelle Delgado, Erica Padilla, Sara Ramos, Kelly Bauer, Danielle Bauer, Laura Delgado, Michael Sisneros, Samantha Ramos, Andrew Delgado and Deanna Delgado; great-grandchildren, Hailey and Savannah Simpson and Dreanna Valencia. Mr. Delgado served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theatre. He received a Bachelor's and Masters Degree in Education from New Mexico Highlands University. Mr. Delgado touched many young lives during his 30-year tenure with the Albuquerque Public School System. His loving presence will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2002, at 3:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
