Steve Esquibel, 30, passed away April 17, 2002 after a lengthy battle with cancer. Steve was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and he will be missed by all of his friends and relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, George Esquibel Sr.; and nephew, Matthew Esquibel. Steve is survived by his mother, Betty Esquibel; his brother, George Esquibel Jr.; a special niece, Leanza Esquibel; several cousins, aunts, uncles, other family and friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited on Monday, April 22, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2002 with burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
