Obituary for Montoya

Hipolito "Paul" Montoya Jr., 74, a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, April 19, 2002. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Emelia Montoya of the family home; daughters, Thelma West of Albuquerque, Terri Montoya of Los Lunas and Amy Rodrigue of Albuquerque; sons, Jerry Montoya and wife, Betty, Arnold Montoya, all of Albuquerque, Herman Montoya of Oklahoma City, OK and Anthony Montoya and wife, Elaine of Los Lunas; 18 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two brothers; one sister; and numerous other relatives and friends. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Deacon Sandy Hall reciting. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Father Francis A. malley, Celebrant. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Tuesday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
