Robert Edwin (Robby) Gabaldon I I I , 21, passed away on May 14, 2002. Robert is the beloved son to Susie Gabaldon and Robert E. (Bobby) Gabaldon Jr. and wife Marie. Robert is also survived by four brothers, Tony Trujillo and wife Andrea, Vincent Trujillo, and fiancee Ciara, Alfredo Martinez and Joseph Dorrance; his grandmother, Lugie Espinoza; his girlfriend, Diana Gaugh; two uncles; Charlie Stearns, James Espinoza and wife Luanna; two aunts, Frieda Lehner and husband James, Cathy Dow and husband Arthur; cousins, Carlos and Christopher Stearns, Erica and Jazmine Espinoza, Gary Reed Jr., Robyn and A.J. Dow; many aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in both New Mexico and California. Robert was a member of the Catholic Church. Robert started high school at La Cueva High School in Albuq. then moved to Lakewood, Ca. and graduated from Los Alamitos High School in 1998. He attended Long Beach City College from then. A viewing will be Sunday afternoon from 2:30pm until 3:00pm in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 3:00pm by Jimmy Rael. A final viewing will be Monday morning from 8:30am until 9:00am at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00am by Father Roberto Fenzl. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Charlie Stearns, James Espinoza, Carlos Stearns, Vinnie Trujillo, Tony Trujillo, A.J. Dow and Robyn Dow. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd SW in charge of the arrangements.
