Obituary for Mascarenas

Jerry Diana, 64, beloved wife, mother and grandmother was called home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, May 19, 2002. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert Mascarenas; her five children, Ted Mascarenas, Terry Mascarenas and wife Arlita, Tina Mascarenas, Tom Mascarenas and wife Mary, all of Albuquerque, and Tim Mascarenas of Ft. Sumner, NM; eight grandchildren, Nathan, James, Adam, Lucas, Marissa, Vincent, Valerie and Timothy, Jr.; and her mother, Geraldine Anderson of Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her father, Ed; sister, Charlene; and grandson, Matthew. Rosary will be recited Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Deacon Bob Lewis reciting. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont NE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Vincent Mascarenas, James Mascarenas, Nathan Mascarenas, Leo Rosas, Steve Rosas and Paul Chavez. Honorary pallbearers will be Marissa Mascarenas, Valerie Mascarenas, Timothy Mascarenas, Jr., Adam Mascarenas and Lucas Mascarenas. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5800 Lomas NE, 87110, for the fight against breast cancer. We all love and will miss her greatly.
