Elizabeth "Betty" West-Phillips, 58, a resident of Los Lunas, died Thursday, June 6, 2002. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Wayne Phillips of the family home; sons, Jim West of Colorado Springs, CO and Gary West and wife, Karen of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Teri McAllister and husband, Steve of Houston, TX; brothers, Eddie Lee and wife Leila of Albuquerque, Larry Lee and wife, Trina of Mancos, CO and Paul Lee and wife, Lena of Holbrook, AZ; grandchildren, Kyle, Adam and Hanna West, Nicolas Flinner, Jacob, Natalie and Emily West, Jacob Crilly, Andrew Phillips and Tristen and Chase Kruger; stepmother, Lena Lee of Mancos, CO; and stepchildren, Ben Phillips and wife Erin, Michael Phillips and wife, Jessicca, Taunya Crilly and husband, Dan and Jesica Kruger and husband, Aaron. Betty worked for ten years as an instructor for Hunter Education. She loved the outdoors and was active with the Rainbow Girls. Services will be held Saturday, 3:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating.
