Margery Trowbridge, 92, a resident of Albuquerque since 1956, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2002. She was born on July 15, 1909 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Margery received her PhD from the University of Wisconsin. Margery is survived by; daughter, Priscilla; son, Stephen Trowbridge, and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt Trowbridge, in 1985, who was chairman of the English Department at The University of New Mexico. Margery was a longtime member of St. Mark's on the Mesa Episcopal Church. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Wednesday, 1:00 p.m., at St. Mark's on the Mesa Episcopal Church, 431 Richmond Pl. NE, with Father Harold Trott officiating.
