Obituary for Haas

Joseph F. Haas, a resident of Albuquerque since 1973, died on Friday, June 7, 2002 after a long and courageous battle with emphysema/COPD. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Carol (Bridle) Haas; children, Victoria Musgrove of San Diego, CA, Joseph E. Haas and wife, Karen, Cynthia Wildman and husband, Frank, and Gina Haas, all of Albuquerque; eight wonderful grandchildren; sister, Delores Moran of Avon Lake, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph P. and Ella Haas and sisters, Dorothy Paul and Marie Dios. Joseph was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a truck driver for most of his life. The family wishes to thank the gentle, caring staff at Sandia Hospice. Graveside services with military honors will be held on Monday, June 10, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery with Pastor Terry Ash, officiating. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
