Rebecca Mason, age 91, died on June 14, 2002 in Albuquerque. A longtime resident of Pittsburgh, PA where she was a member of St. Luke Baptist Church, Mrs. Mason moved to Albuquerque in 1990 to be with her nephew and family, Pete and Sylvia Gibson and their daughter, Sharese. Mrs. Mason attended Calvary Chapel while residing in Albuquerque. She is survived by her nephew, Josh Gibson and wife, Gertrude of Pittsburgh, PA; great-nephews, Pete Gibson and wife, Sylvia and Josh Gibson III; great-nieces, Shelly Gibson and Candy Gibson; and great-great-niece, Sharese Gibson. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2002 at Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday in Chapel of Sandia with Pastor Sebastien Frappier of Calvary Chapel officiating. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pete Gibson, Chester Fuller, Joe Montano, Bob Wade, Orlando"Cisto" Espinosa and Frank Ortega. Arrangements by Sandia Funeral Care, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, 821-0010.
