Mike A. Garcia, 74, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, June 27, 2002. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Maria Emma Garcia; children, Dennis M. Garcia, Ronnie J. Garcia and wife, Barbara, Georgia S. Torres and husband, Reynaldo, Debra M. Dalgleish and husband, Scott, Michael S. Garcia, Stanley T. Garcia, Sandra M. Hartwig and Michelle A. Martinez and husband, Louis; grandchildren, Jang, Krizia, Jessica, Jeremiah, Marcos, Gina, Rosendo, Miquela, Iliana, Ashley, Christopher, Nicole, Rachel, Jarod, Noah and Isabella; great-grandchildren, Ariana and Abel; brother, Juan Garcia; and sisters, Louisa Abeyta, Len Kozlowski, Gavina Cordero and Lucy Saenz. Mr. Garcia was a Veteran. He was a member of San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church. Mr. Garcia was also a member of North Valley Senior Citizen Center and a member of the Carpenters Union for 50 years. Rosary will be recited Sunday, 7:00 p.m., at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church, 2005 Plaza NW. Mass will be celebrated Monday, 10:00 a.m., at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church, with Rev. Monsignor Leo Lucero, Celebrant. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jang Garcia, Christopher Garcia, Rosendo Garcia, Marcos Nunez, Louis Martinez and Reynaldo Torres. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
