Charles Joseph Cooper was born January 20, 1937 and passed away at his home July 1, 2002, in the presence of his loving family.¯ He Founded Cooper- Griffin Water Services in 1974 and sold it at retirement to Carlos V. Romero, now doing business as Aqua Tech Services.¯ Joe's love of music was only surpassed by his great love for God and all of Gods people.¯ He leaves with us his wife of 12 years, Betty; three sons, Charlie, Ken, and Chris; three step-children, Debby, Mark and Andrew; his mother, Mildred Cooper Westerman; two sisters, Rosanne Charles and Clare Wilson; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandson; many"Anam Chivas" soul friends and a very large extended family.¯ Happy walking Joe, we will all miss you.¯ Memorial¯Services will be held at St. Michael and all Angels Episcopal Church, 601 Montano NW.¯ A Rosary will be held on Friday evening, July 5, 2002 at 6:00 p.m.¯ The Memorial Funeral Service will be held on Saturday afternoon, July 6, 2002 at 1:00 p.m.¯ In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Michaels Memorial Fund or to the Cancer Society.¯ Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST.
