Barbara T. Whitehead, 73, a resident of Albuquerque since 1960 died, Monday, July 8, 2002. She is survived by her sons, Tom Whitehead and wife, Elizabeth, Richard Whitehead and wife, Ann all from Albuquerque, John Whitehead and wife, Dianne of Ruidoso, NM and Glen Whitehead and wife, Janice of Sealy, TX; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Richard C. Whitehead, Sr. She was the past president of New Mexico Mental Health Association and Rose Society. Mrs. Whitehead was also a member of the Decorative Artist Guild. Memorial services will be held, Wednesday, 4:00 p.m. at French Mortuary-Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment of cremains will take place, Thursday, 1:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
