Obituary for Weiler

Ann Weiler was born in South Bend, IN on August 10, 1923 into a family of nine kids, and passed away July 23, 2002 in Albuquerque, NM. She went through hard times during the Depression but found and married a wonderful man, Sam Caspano. Together they had two loving daughters; and four delightful grandchildren. Four years after Sam went home to see the Lord, Ann met another wonderful man, Bob Weiler, and married him in 1986. Together with Bob's three loving children and three delightful grandchildren, Ann's family grew to love and care for one another. Now she is in Heaven united with all those who predeceased her and awaits a large glorious family reunion. She is survived by husband, Bob Weiler of Albuquerque; daughter, Sandy Caspano of Denver; and two grandsons, Patrick Turnock and wife, Trish Kaminski of Denton, TX and Kevin Turnock and wife, Susan of Silver Spring, MD; daughter, Carol Scussel and husband, Ed of Albuquerque; and granddaughter, Samantha Scussel of Charlottesville, VA; and grandson, David Scussel of Albuquerque; sisters, Rose Miles of Las Vegas, NV, and Dorothy Collier of Wayland, MI; sister-in-law, Fran Fischer of Mishawka, IN; step-daughter, Lorrie Tolbert and husband, Bemmy of Tijeras, NM; step-granddaughter, Stacey Sullivan; and step-grandson, John Sullivan of Albuquerque; step-daughter, Linda Edwards of Peoria, AZ; step-granddaughter, Melissa Shultz of Albuquerque; step-son, Forrest"Woody" Weiler of Clovis, NM. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 24, 2002. Services will be held in the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors on Thursday, July 25, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Serving as Pallbearers will be Ed Scussel, David Scussel, Patrick Turnock, Kevin Turnock, Kerry Bogert and John Sullivan. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sandia Hospice Pavilion of Palliative Care, St. Joseph Medical Center, 601 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE, are in charge of arrangements.
