Mona L. Chavez age 39, and Augustina Gonzales, age 99, residents of Cuba, NM for the last 12 years. Mona passed away suddenly August 1, 2002. Augustina passed away July 29, 2002. Mona is survived by three sons, Ricardo Chavez, Justin and Benito Lopez; mother, Ferminia Swick; one brother, Mike Swick; numerous other family and friends who loved and will miss them. A Rosary will be recited at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2002. The Funeral will be held at a later date.
