Obituary for Frangos

Harris P. Frangos, 53, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, August 7, 2002. He is survived by his mother, Bessie Frangos of Albuquerque; daughter, Demetra Frangos; sisters, Helen Dountas and husband, William all of Albuquerque, Florence Gabel of Tempe, AZ, Armida Stevens and husband, Gordon of El Paso, TX and Athena Pasley and husband, Pete of Ft. Smith, AR; brothers, Bill Frangos and wife, Adele and Nick Frangos and wife, Mary Lou, all of Albuquerque; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, James N. Frangos in 1969. Harris graduated from NMMI in Roswell and attended UTEP. Trisagion will be held Sunday, 3:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Services will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m., at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 308 High SE, with Father Mario Giannopoulos officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park.
