Julian Montoya, born in Albuquerque, October 31, 1935, passed away the day of August 10, 2002. Julian lived in Commerce City, Colorado for 40 years where he worked at Stapleton and Denver International Airports for over 25 years. He will be missed greatly. Julian is survived by his wife, Gloria Montoya; sons, Ramon and wife, Sabrina Montoya of Arizona, Samuel and wife, Rita Montoya of Albuquerque, Jessie and wife, Frances Montoya of Colorado; daughters, Lorela and husband, Randolph Lujan of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jeanette and husband, Scott Rasband of Belen, Debbie and husband, Rick Arroyo of Colorado; brothers, Tony and wife, Julie Montoya, Licho and wife, Susie Montoya; sisters, Dora and husband, Ralph Padilla, Tina and husband, Ralph Jaramillo, all of Albuquerque; 19 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends."We love you". Services will be held at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac SW. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, August 14, 2002, at 7:00 p.m.. A Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 15, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Los Padillas Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ryan Quintana, Anthony Montoya, Julian Montoya, Joey Otero, Ronnie Rasband, Eric Rasband, and Rick Arroyo. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ramon Montoya and Nico Arroyo.
