Jose Apodaca, 88, passed away at home August 25, 2002. He was born in Aragon, NM and a long-time resident of Albuquerque. He is survived by; son, Dennis Apodaca; daughters, Corrine Apodaca, Rosie Romero and husband, Alex; numerous grandchildren; sisters, Prescilla Trujillo and Eloisa Fajardo; other family and friends, who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at St. Edwin Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona Rd, SW, with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 26, 2002. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, with burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; Larry Apodaca, Michael Apodaca, Patrick Apodaca, Francisco Rael, Dominic Rael, and Robert Romero. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 Fourth St. NW, 343-8008.
