Obituary for Ferguson

Melvin C. Ferguson died very suddenly and peacefully on Sunday, September 1, 2002 after being taken to St. Joseph Hospital. Melvin was born in Oklahoma on October 2, 1923. He was an Electrical Engineer working with heating and air conditioning as well as proficient in many trades. He had enjoyed a wonderful happy day on Sunday, working in his new backyard. He had a very close knit family who loved each other and their Dad very much. The closeness made his new wife, Flora, feel very much at home with them and life was happy. He was also a very dedicated Christian. Melvin is survived by his wife, Flora; his four children, Alan Ferguson and his wife, Bonnie, Dale Ferguson, Cheryl Totie and her husband, John and Susan Ferguson; grandchildren, Casey and Clinton, Dawn Marie, Robin and Tyler Ferguson, all of the Phoenix, Arizona area. A Memorial Service will be lead by Pastor Glen Gilchrist, of the Living Church of God, and hosted by Bill and Yoland Aguirre at 7401 Pecos Trail NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico on Sunday, September 8, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation arrangements by the Sunrise Society of New Mexico, 891-8200.
