Ruby Jean Caraway-Harmison, 61, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, September 12, 2002.She is survived by her son, Tommy Lee Ellis and wife, Kaye of Nampa, ID; daughter, Tammy Scott and fiancé, Dan Austin of Chandler, AZ; grandchildren, Adam, Brian, Rebekah, Jaymie, Henry, Dwight and Elizabeth; great-grandchild, Kristen; sisters, Mary Caraway and Donna Caraway, both of Albuquerque; brothers, Claude Caraway and wife, Ruby of Pahrump, NV and Gerald Caraway and wife, Debbie of Aurora, CO; and a large extended family.Ruby was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Ellis.She worked for many years at the University of New Mexico Hospital. Ruby was loved and will be missed by all.Cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held Monday, 3:00 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
