Judy L. Harlow, 59, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully after a long struggle with cancer. She is survived by her lifelong partner, Marian Serafini; sister, Jeanne Dickey; brother, Dan Harlow and wife, Faye; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Judy retired from APS after more than 30 years of devoted service. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Friday, September 20, 2002, 3:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Dan Harlow officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grant Middle School Behavioral Intervention Program, 1111 Easterday Dr. NE, 87112. Arrangements by French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
