Visitations for Mr. Joe L. Tapia will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary; followed by an Evening Service, which will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.
