Obituary for Woodward

Maria Woodward, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque died Thursday, September 26, 2002 in Albuquerque at the age of 73. She will be remembered for her love of cooking and being with family. Mrs. Woodward is preceded in death by her husband, James A. Woodward, and brother, Lee Aragon. She is survived by her sons, David Woodward and Richard Woodward; brother, Roger Aragon; sisters, Teofila Sanchez and Josie Hoyle; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Woodward will be held on Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Fairview Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Lucero, Andrew Woodward, David Muniz, Brian Woodward, Arthur Aragon and Robert Aragon. Honorary pallbearer will be Martin Porath. A Rosary for Mrs. Woodward will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW. .DMP
