D. Terry Sewell, 64, a resident of Albuquerque for 30 years, died Thursday, October 17, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Susan Sewell of Albuquerque; daughters, Tricia Hiser of Albuquerque, and Lisa Hiser of Wisconsin; mother, Hazel Sewell of Andrews, TX. He is preceded in death by his father, R.D. Sewell in 2000. Terry worked for the State of New Mexico for over 20 years and was very fulfilled with his work. After retiring, he and Susan spent seven years between Hawaii and San Antonio, TX, which they enjoyed very much. He loved his family and was devoted to his dogs. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service has been held. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Humane Assoc. of NM Inc., 615 Virginia SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
