Donald Earl Weaver, 65, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at his ranch near Bringham, NM. He was born September 24, 1937 to Rex and Irma R. (Jones) Weaver in Royalty, TX. He leaves behind many good friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Gary Weaver. He is survived by his son, Brett Weaver of Lemitar, NM; daughters, Tracy Kwiatkowski and husband, Al of Scottsdale, AZ, Dawn Weaver and husband, Darryl Cases of Bingham, Stephanie Weaver and husband, Wade Aubuchon of Albuquerque and Rana Weaver and fiance, Rafe Coccdluto of Brooklyn, NY; grandchildren, Alex Cases-Weaver, Kylie Jo Kwiatkowski, Chad Kwiatkowski, Taylor Cases, Grant Aubuchon, Zachary Cases, Cameron Cases and Meg Aubuchon. In the true cowboy tradition, he was a hard working man who loved his family. He was and still is in our hearts a true cowboy. Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2002 at 3:00 p.m. at the family ranch near Bingham with Francis Cases officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranch, PO Box 5000, Boys Ranch, NM 87002.
