Dr. Edward S. Lewis, DDS, 92, passed away in Omaha, Nebraska on November 4, 2002. He was survived by his daughters, Sharon McGill of Omaha, Nebraska, Celeste Finch and her husband, Robert of Farmington, New Mexico; son Edward Lewis of Boise, Idaho; six grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; two nieces and a nephew. Cremation has occurred and interment will be private. The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Albuquerque Garden Center, 10120 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87112. Cremation arrangements by the Sunrise Society of New Mexico, 891-8200.
