John A. (Chief) Jaramillo Sr. a resident of Albuquerque passed away on November 11, 2002. Mr. Jaramillo is survived by two daughters, Valerie Gallagher and husband, Brian, Yvette Rivera and husband, Robert; one son, John Jaramillo Jr. and girlfriend, Elizabeth Garcia; several grandchildren; ex-wife, Inez Jaramillo; several brothers and sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by a great-grandson, Issac Martinez. A Prayer Service was held Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW by Pastor Joe Williams and Pastor Jack Connor. A Graveside Service was held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. by Pastor Jack Connor. Pallbearers were, Jake Leyba, Larry Reed, Steven Chavez, Joseph Chavez, Richard Jaramillo and David Martinez. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Angelic Jaramillo, Angel Gonzales, Matthew Martinez, Daniel Gonzales Andriana Rivera and Milton Jaramillo. Gabaldon Mortuary in charge of the arrangements. 243-7861.
