Dorothy G. Forman, 84, a resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, November 13, 2002 after a brief but valiant battle with cancer. Interment will take place Monday, 10:30 a.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5800 Lomas NE, 87110.
