Obituary for Brito

Esther Brito, 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1945, died Friday, November 15, 2002. She is survived by her husband, Aurelio Brito of the family home; daughter, Juanita Baca and husband, Adam; daughter-in-law, Marge Brito, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Jennifer Mares, Clarissa Villalobos, Esther Losa, Brandt Brito and Rachael Baca; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and brother, Joe F. Montoya and wife, Lenore. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Ignacio and Juanita Montoya; sons, Henry and Gilbert Brito; and grandson, Henry Brito, Jr. Esther was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She and Aurelio have been married for 72 years. Esther was a member of Immaculate Conception Church and loved to travel. A special thanks to M.J. Stradler and Presbyterian Hospice for all their love and support. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Wednesday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
