Cleo was born in Diller, NE to William O. and Hazel (Powell) Green. She was wife to Vincent F. D'Angelo for 48 years. Cleo was a homemaker, a teacher, pianist, singer, nature lover, outdoorswoman who loved fishing, flowers, and animals, philanthropist and protector of Digitalis, Nappy, Natale and Sunshine (her pets).
