Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Saturday November 23, 2002

In Memory of Fred Martin'"Marty" Pantoja October 2,l970 - November 23, 2001Marty, a million times we thought of you, A million tears we cried If love could have saved you, you never would have died. You were taken from us without a warning, leaving us without a chance to hold your hand or say good-bye. Little did we know that, that morning of November 23rd, 2001, God would call your name, and you would answer his call. In life we loved youdearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did'nt go alone for part of us went with you that morning that God called you home. You lleft us full of wonderful memories that will forever live in our hearts, and though we cannot see you we know you're always by our side. Marty our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again. God has you in his care and we have you in our hearts forever, Missing you, everyday your parents, Fred and Yolanda Pantoja, and family, and friends in Corpus Christi, Texas, and his dear friends, Sam and Annette Cordova and family, and Dean Lundschen of Pulp Faction, his former place of employment
