Obituary for Reynolds

Faye Reynolds,"Granny Faye" went home to be with her Savior, husband, two sons, and great-grandson on Saturday, December 7, 2002. She is survived by two daughters, Laverne Domingue and husband, Leroy of Sulphur, LA, Pat Darnell of Bernalillo; and two special grandchildren that she raised, Mike Foster and Darla McCary, who knew her as Mom. She also raised three great-grandchildren, Eddie Dehart, Tim Dehart, and wife, Lori Ann, Robbie Gross, and wife, Darce; and special daughter-in-law, Lovie Rice, all of Bernalillo; two sisters, Jerry McDonald of Mid West City, OK and Vada Hall of Azle, TX; 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who she loved. Born September 30, 1913, Granny Faye liked to cook and sew and won a Blue Ribbon for her bread. Many of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren have been warmed by a quilt that she has made. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Bernalillo, 325 Avenida De Bernalillo. Interment will follow at Sandia Memory Gardens. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming NE, Tuesday, December 10, 2002 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
