Elizabeth S. Munsey, 79, a resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, December 11, 2002. She is survived by her sons, James C. Munsey and wife, Pamela of Seattle, WA and Thomas E. Munsey and wife, Christine of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Zachary, Jessica, Connor and Hunter; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Munsey was preceded in death by her husband, Cone Munsey; three sisters, Ann Smith, Virginia Peterman and Martha McDowell; and one brother, William Spellman. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Munsey received her bachelors degree in Education. She taught elementary school in Kansas, Wyoming and New Mexico. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Monday, 9:30 a.m., at First Presbyterian Church Chapel, 215 Locust NE, with Rev. Myron White officiating. Interment of cremains will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 215 Locust NE, 87102.
