Obituary for Macwilliams

Jane C. MacWilliams, a resident of La Vida Llena Retirement Community in Albuquerque since 1991, died November 21, 2002. She was born in Austin, TX on May 16, 1917. She was in Military Service during WWII from 1943-45 with the 169th WAC Detachment, 9th Air Force, in the European Theater of Operations. Following WWII, Jane served in the Personal Trust Department of First National Bank of Dallas, TX for 31 years. Jane is survived by her sister, Elizabeth MacWilliams Deinken and husband, Herman of Albuquerque; sisters-in-law, Jeanne Kenney MacWilliams of Williamstown, MA and Nancy Cowan MacWilliams of Bozeman, MT; four foster children, 14 nieces and nephews; and 35 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, James MacWilliams, Donald Gribble MacWilliams, and Malcolm Means MacWilliams; and nephew, John Douglas MacWilliamas. Memorial services will be held at Sandia Presbyterian Church, 10704 Paseo del Norte NE, on Thursday, December 26, 2002, 11:00 a.m. Interment of cremains with Military Honors will follow at 2:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
