Donn E. Rice, 78, passed away on December 19, 2001 while surrounded by his loving family. He lived his life with honor and dignity. He valued the love of his family, Juanita, his wife of 55 years; his daughters, Linda Day and Carol Townsend of Albuquerque, NM; and his grandchildren, Donnie Day, James Day, and Jeff Day, all of Albuquerque, NM. Donn served in the US Coast Guard during World War II in the Pacific. He retired from Zia Company in Los Alamos, NM after 36 years.
