Bill R. Johnson Sr., 55, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, died Monday, December 24, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Shirley J. Johnson; sons, Robert Johnson and Billy R. Johnson Jr.; daughter, Keri Johnson; granddaughters, Amber and KyLee, all of Los Lunas; mother, Lorene Johnson; sister, Dorothy Shetter, both of Cassey, TX; brother, Bob Johnson of Dallas, TX; numerous other family; and friends. Mr. Johnson drove trucks coast to coast until this last year when he drove locally. He served as a Reserve Deputy with the Valencia County Sheriff's Department. His hobbies included bowling. Services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2001, at 1:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
