David T. Baca, 72, was called home to be with the Lord, Monday June, 25, 2001. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 37 years, Lieselotte (Lilly) Gertrude Baca. He is survived by his loving children, Alfred Baca, Lorenzo Baca and wife, Lucille and Rosemarie Baca; grandchildren, Shanice, Lisa, and Lilly; bothers and sisters, Sally Jiron, Bobby Baca, Gil Baca, Katy Romero, and Michael Baca; and brother-in-law, Bill Chavez; and several nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his loving family. Visitations will be held Thursday June 28, 2001 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the 8th street chapel of Garcia Mortuary where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. also in the chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday June 29, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Greg Jiron, Rudy Jiron, Ronnie Baca, Ray Romero, Allen Chavez, and Arthur Baca. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ricky, Robert, Richard, and Lawrence. Funeral Services are in the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave., SW 243-5222.
