Donald William Gere died on Thursday July 12, 2001. Cremation has taken place. At the request of the deceased, a private service will be held at the family gravesite in Fairview Cemetery. The Service will be led by his sons, Donald and Richard and his nephew, Raymond III. The family will receive friends at the family home on Friday, July 20, 2001 at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sandia Hospice Pavilion for Palliative care, St. Joseph Medical Center, 601 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave is in charge of his arrangements.
