Gene Ernest Searcy, 71, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, July 14, 2001. He is survived by his stepdaughters, Vickie Southworth and family of Germany and Katie Greene and family of Arizona; two aunts; and many cousins. Mr. Searcy was loved by all and will be dearly missed. Close cousins, Nancy Bordenave and Linda Allen invite friends and family to the Funeral Services of Gene Searcy, Thursday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating.
