Obituary for Bryant

Billy Ray Bryant, 72, a resident of Moriarty, passed away Monday, June 18, 2001. He was born to Homer Eugene and Edna Estes (Russel) Bryant, May 15, 1929 in Clovis, NM. He retired after 33 years of service with Mountain Bell. He married his wife, Shirley in Albuquerque, NM, June 28th, 1950, she survives him of the home. Also surviving him are his sons, David E. Bryant and his wife, Sherrie of Arvada, CO, Daniel A. Bryant and his wife, Julie of Ruidoso, NM, Douglas R. Bryant and his wife, Monique of Navajo Dam, NM; his daughters, Debbie Lyn Brown and her husband, Charlie of Roswell, NM, Diana Schlegel and her husband, David of Santa Fe, NM; his sister, Jolene Morris of Albuquerque, NM; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, June 21, 2001, 4:00 p.m. at the Moriarty Community Center in Moriarty, NM. Arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty.
