Obituary for Yribe

Mr. George (Cuco) A. Yribe Jr., 47, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on June 14, 2001. George is survived by one son, George A. Yribe III; ten sisters, Sylvia Castro of Tucson, AZ, Gina Yribe of Tucson, AZ, Elvia Yribe of Tucson, AZ, Nellie Franco, Irene Sanchez, Rachel Armijo and husband, David, Betty Griego and husband, John, Mary Ochoa and husband, Marcos, Anita Garcia and husband, Sammy and Barbara Malaney and husband, Steven; three brothers, Albert Yribe and wife, Leticia of Tucson AZ, Ricky Yribe and wife, Dolores of Tucson, AZ and Mario Yribe of Tucson, AZ; three grandchildren; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. George was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam Era. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 3:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Final Visitation will be Monday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sammy Garcia Jr., John Griego, Chris Tapia, Steven Franco, Joseph Chavez, and Pete Michael Perea. Honorary Pallbearers will be Reyes Chavez and Rick Turrietta. Gabaldon Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
