Anjanette Nicolette Garcia born September 22, 1964 and a resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on June 9, 2001. Following a long illness. Anjanette was preceded in death by her mother, Louise Grimaldi; maternal grandfather, Joe G. Royal; and paternal grandfather, Nick J. Garcia. Anjanette is the beloved mother to Jonetee (Joni) Padilla and Jozanne Garcia. She is survived by her father, Nick L. Garcia and wife, Maria; brothers, Lawrence E. Garcia and fiancee, Sandra, Nicholas Garcia and Mario Mancha; devoted sisters, Marijude Garcia and husband, Chris and Rachel Garcia; maternal grandmother, Florence Roybal; paternal grandmother, Pauline Garcia and mother-in-law, Josie Padilla; aunts, Anita Casale, Evelyn Keller, Carolyn Allan and Elaine Roybal; uncles, Paul, Raymond, Joseph Roybal and Anthony Garcia; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and a multitude of friends. Her cheerful attitude and infectious laughter will be missed, but that laughter will continue in the heavenly place that she now resides. She will be in our hearts forever. Visitations will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2001 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the 8th Street Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday night June 13, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. also in Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, June 14, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Sedillo, Tony Casale, Mario Mancha, Xavier Garcia, Anthony Garcia and Frankie Hernandez. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made at the Rio Grande Credit Union, in care of the children of Anjanette Nicolette Garcia. Services are in care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave., SW 243-5222.
